THAT’S RIGHT – WE SAID REST! Metabolic Effect (ME) Outdoor conditioning teaches you to use rest strategically to accomplish more in your workouts. ME has propelled outside exercise into a new era of hormonal fitness. In this 30-minute format you work hard and then rest when you need to (RBT) to create an intensity that is just right for your level of fitness and physical abilities. We guide and motivate you every step of the way. ME teaches you to work smarter, not harder so you can progress within your abilities and create true body change. Described as "MEcamp" by some and "bootcamp on steroids" by others, this workout uses the synergy of rest and work to meet all participants where they are.

West-side Location
All classes are held at Lewisville Town Square near the playground. The Square is on Shallowford Road in Lewisville across from the Post Office (see map below).
