OK – so, before I could only do ‘girl’ push-ups. Now, I can do REGULAR push-ups and I love having biceps. This boot camp is FUN and motivating! We all encourage each other – no matter what our level. It’s so well-rounded providing guidance on nutrition and motivational messages that help you get the most out of your workout. It’s like having a personal trainer, but you get to joke around and have fun with others too.
